There is just a possibility that a 27" bell weighing 3-2-27 cast in 1849 by John Taylor & Son for Clifton Convent was, or maybe still is, hung for ringing here. Equally, if it was hung in the spire that was removed between 1948 and 1953 it could possibly be the bell that is now at Christ the King (RC), Filwood Park.

Three bells cast by Gillett & Co for Wills, Bristol, 30 October 1880. 1. No.428 16” 0-3-8, 2. No.421 17½” 1-0-13, 3. No.398 19½” 1-1-17 as per Alan Buswell via Chris Pickford. I wonder if they were hung here and if so whether they still are?
